Screening and Reformatting
The client will be interviewed to discuss their previous experiences and the types of roles they’re pursuing. An initial revision will then be made, and the resume will be shared with the client for review, along with any requests for information where additional context is needed.
Request for Information
Requests for Information (RFIs) will be presented to the client as comments via Google Docs. RFIs may include; additional job details, personal information, or validation of rewritten bullets. The client is asked to complete the RFIs at their own pace, and notify Maximus once they are finished.
Final Revision
The resume rewrite will be finalized and returned to the client. The client can request unlimited revisions for 3 days after the service is completed. The revision process typically takes about 3 days from start to finish.
